About Us

Our History

Marketing Curve was established in 2006 and since then has primarily worked with clients virtually. We have run local Google AdWords campaigns for companies from Seattle to New York to Canada and almost everywhere in between. We give our clients monthly reports so we can track success and look for areas of improvement.

Community

We were inspired to begin working locally after seeing an article in our village newsletter. It was an article about our “sister city” – a city in a different state with the same name – and how alike we are even though we are in different states. Randall wondered how that state fared in the search results and set out to see who had better Google rankings. Sadly, the other state trounced us in almost every result! Some of this was due to the alphabet (A comes before I, so if no keywords are on the site and no local listings exist, the A state will come first) but in other instances it was just due to a local company in our state having no Internet presence. At all.

So there was a meeting in our living room and we decided it was time to rebrand and shift our focus. First we will start with our town, and then branch out until our entire state comes first in the search engine rankings for any company that needs to be found.

Privacy

We take our clients’ privacy very seriously. We do not share contact information or even names of the companies we have worked with publicly unless specific permission has been given. The trust our clients give us is something we do not take lightly and we strive not only to gain that trust but to keep it every day.

Our People

Randall Gniadecki

With a business degree and passion for all things geeky, Randall brings his love of the Deming Cycle and Total Quality Management to an otherwise Wild West business landscape. He shuns self-proclaimed “SEO guys” and believes in geotargeting and Six Sigma to achieve results. You could call him a results junkie.

But for all his book knowledge, he also understands how the real world works and knows how people think. Even more importantly, he knows what people type in the little box of a search engine, and he uses that knowledge of human nature and behavior to make sure your campaign is a success.

Jennifer Gniadecki

While Randall is busy with client work, Jennifer is working behind the scenes to make sure the social media, social networking, and website all stay updated. She also takes care of follow-up calls and other timed contacts to make sure clients feel taken care of and prospects are happy in the pipeline. She’s really friendly and loves to network. Currently also a Senior Analyst with Zocalo Group – an award-winning Word of Mouth Marketing company.
